We put a lot of pressure on 719 Lending Inc. to make our transaction happen at an extremely fast pace, essentially 14-20 days with the holiday season in the way. Tim, Heidi and their team worked efficiently and we were able to pull off the almost impossible. Tim Chase worked hard to help us understand the most important and largest purchase we will ever make.
