Ok…… My best words to describe Jim, Sincere, Caring, Passionate, Funny, Resourceful AND oh yeah!…. a REBEL Jim came from a “sold out” Real Estate family. Mom, Dad, Big Sister, all Agents. On top of that, his older brothers were Mortgage Brokers. What did Jim do? He moved to HAWAII to surf the big waves for ten years!!! (Although during this time he did go from apprentice to Master Furniture Designer). Nevertheless he still considered himself just a “would worker”. Roots run deep, and out of a desire to give back and to truly impact people’s life in a positive way – Jim launched himself into the world of Real Estate Lending.
